Rebozo Massage
?
Rebozo massage is a gentle, deeply nurturing practice rooted in traditional Mexican midwifery, where it was originally used to support women during pregnancy, birth and postpartum.
Today, it is practiced globally as a supportive ritual for people of all genders and life stages. Using a woven rebozo shawl, the body is softly held, rocked and wrapped, creating a sense of containment and safety. This rhythmic movement helps calm the nervous system, ease physical tension and support emotional release, inviting a deep sense of rest and grounding.
Rebozo massage can be especially supportive during times of transition, stress, fatigue, grief or emotional processing, or whenever you feel the need to be held and supported back into connection with your body and inner stability.
